Far back, l can still recalled how I use to avoid much foods but after, l decided to eat anything that came my ways in the name of adding to my weight that was extremely wronged because , l was consuming wrong calories of which increases the rate of metabolism .

To my skinny folks, complain  no more again because I'm here to give you good recipe that will enable you gain weight in an healthy way, you only need any recipe than recipe that is formulated with higher quantity of calories.

Often, if you burn more calories , you need to consume calories again to gain weight so, the magic to have a better weight is to increase daily intake of calories . 

  When you increase your daily intake of     calories ,you will add up.

Is not all about planning to add weight but you must plan to add weight in the right places , if you agree with me then you must be ready to participate in daily exercise to enable you build up more muscle .

- If you did failed to eat food in higher proportion you must start now to do away with little meals.

- Avoid drinking water before eating meals because , it will fill you up and you won't you be able to eat much food .
